Reactive Property Maintenance is fully certified to carry out all types of electrical work, from changing bulbs in common areas to street lights, carrying out storage heating repairs, fire alarms, and emergency lighting access controls etc.
We can also advise on the best way to keep the lighting part of property maintenance to a minimum. We can certify any electrical installation which is necessary to reconnect power that has been cut off. We also carry out fault-finding and door access and alarm repairs and installation. We are fully compliant with PSA legal requirements for alarms, door entry and CCTV systems.
